Ascent World - Ascent Logon Config

Can someone Help when ever i try to Start my Server I click on

Ascent World and it says This application has failed to start because its
Side-by-Side Confiuration is Incorrect

And it also says it for Logon

Get .NET Framework

make sure to get the 3.5 one lol not an old one, im not for sure but i heard that some of the older .net frameworks dont work properly
