[Help] Turning on ascent-logon and ascent-server remotely?

I am hosting my server on a dedicated server but what if it crashes and auto restart doesn't work right and won't put the server up? How can I connect to the dedicated server and turn on the server again?

Best to use, remote software. However when logging into a dedicated server with a remote type it will lag for a bit.
