It would have to be at least serverside (though possibly client side as well for UI purposes, etc). Otherwise it would be fairly trivial to write a "backstab hack" to allow you to backstab from the front. Incidentally, I wonder if someone could combine a teleport hack to allow you to do this? Teleport behind, backstab, teleport back, all in one packet?

Afaik mobs turn instant :P And you can't send 2 or more Pakets with same Async Tick => kick.

I'm not sure about the instant turning part but you can send around 6 of the same packet at the same time without getting kicked, but you have to wait 2-3 seconds before you do it again. You can also do 3 of the same packet with a half the wait time, it seems to scale. Someone should test this backstab hack out though!
