    I got a account that have a Charge back on the payment history and now it is suspended!
    Is it a way I can get it back?

    You can call Blizzard and tell them that wasn't your credit card that caused the charge back... That's what I did and they unsuspended the account and took off the chargeback. I told them I always used gamecards.

    I called Blizzard had a 20 min long phone call!

    I have now sent a e-mail with ID and credit card etc, and my account is un-banned!
