Does a fight then loot bot exist?

Ok so i farm embersilk cloth in tol im wondering if theres a bot that will kill each mob its supposed to and only collect the embersilk cloth and greens they drop? Also id like to add that in the same route that it would follow sometimes just one add spawns instead of two depending on the respawn rate and sometime they have 60k or sometime they have their hp lowered to 12k

There are both addons and plugins(for honorbuddy at least) that allow you to delete items that u don't want while botting. Try out AutoDestroy if you are looking for an addon. Been using it for years for fish botting.
