Try something that will save your window size and location. Like this maybe... DeskSoft - WindowManager - Window position and size manager

Heres a question. What if I wanted to use my main PC for most of the piloting but I stream the game to my laptop for some rotation automation that is based on pixel colors? Whats a good way to send interrupts to my laptop from my main PC so that I wouldn't have to reach over and manually press the keyboard on the laptop?

I'm not 100% sure on what you mean, but if you mean starting and stopping Chimpeon without having to interact with the PC/laptoip it is on then setup an addon (like WeakAuras) to display something on screen when you press a key on your main PC. Configure Chimpeon to detect whatever is displayed then use Status Hot Keys to turn off automation and restart it when it is not there. You would effectively be creating a stop/start button.

Yeah that is one thing I thought of. The more I've researched ways to do this, the more it seems like your method is the best. I can think of some good macro's to take advantage of this. Good stuff.

If you have any configs to share that would be great. I could add them to the main post.

I have a few that work very well in both PVP and PVE. I'm normally top DPS. I like to play Arms War; Fury War; Enhance Sham; Elemental Sham. I use Hekili rotations to show the buttons to press on screen so Chimp knows what to press. I like that addon because its based on top Sims. I can post my Fury config. I used a WeakAura to display an icon to pause/resume groups.
PS. Area-scan works best for me. Idk why but I have issues with trigger pixels. I just make my scan areas small.

Using Chimpeon on the same PC as WOW will result in a ban. The streaming method is currently the only "safe" method but its always a risk no matter how small.

PS. Area-scan works best for me. Idk why but I have issues with trigger pixels. I just make my scan areas small.
Thanks for the config.
The reason why you may have issues with Trigger Pixels when using the streaming method is because Chimpeon is looking for a pixel with a strict color that appears in a strict position. Streaming has a tendency to change the color and position of pixels ever so slightly so Chimpeon can, on occasion, not find them. Use the Trigger Pixel Colour Range setting and Radius setting to overcome this.

Indeed that is true. I have been using the streaming method for many months now (mainly to fish) and no ban hammer for me so it is about as safe as you can get (although who knows what Blizz has in store for the future)!
