The Sonar exe hasn't been updated since the launch of WoD. In fact there have only been four versions total. It's not that I don't want to give it to you it's just that I can't without making changes to the underlying system. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but there's only so much I can do in a day, especially with a free tool.

My question is, why are you using still on 6.1.2? does your region get the patch later or are you running a private server? If you get the patch late then I'll have to find a better way to support you guys, but not for a little while, again not enough time :-(

Restart Sonar, it should work (I updated it a couple minutes ago).

Maybe I am being a complete noob here, but I am unable to get the filters to work. It seems to display 'everyone' on the tracking. Including horde barricades, herbs, mines, etc. All I imported was the 'treasure' filter.

any idea why it is displaying everything? even though I have not specifically told it to?

Advanced filters are independent of the filters on the main screen. If you want to display just treasures, install them then enable the checkboxes in the advanced filter settings, hit save and they will show up in game. The filters on the main page are only there for quick filtering.

Where are you looking for treasures? Tanaan Jungle or the rest of Draenor, because I only updated the filters once at the beginning of WoD and even then they had some bugs. For Tanaan you have to make them yourself. Now yes I understand the current filtering system is a bit slow and there are bugs and I'm sorry for that. I do have a plan to fix them and get everything up to date but there's some things I need to do first before I can revisit Sonar.

That make sense, I was looking for treasures in 6.2 Tanaan Jungle. Guess I will have to wait for an update thanks for the explanation.

Hello, i took time to update the filters, just place the filters in your /filters/ folder and it'll show Tanaan stuff. Pulled the info from WoWhead.

Includes rares, treasures, one-time treasures, and misc items.

Thanks, personally I've never heard of people get banned for using radars.

Over 5 years ago I used to to use I think it was called wowradar and never had any bans or suspensions, I've been using this on and off farming timeless isle chests when a toon hits 90. All this does is read the memory with no injection (not sure about the AFK bit though but I never use that)
