The reason you have not seen Xhelper post on this or the other PQR Forum is because they paid him a large amount of money to show them how to catch everyone using this Bot. Thanks for screwing over people who have donated a lot of money to help keep this site going. Now he gets to keep our money and now he has Bliz on his side. Pretty jacked up!

They probably gave out a mix of 72 hour and permabans because they couldn't afford losing so many subscribers, so they only banned some people

First, I think your full of shit. Second, if it's true good for him. It's not like he owed people who used it anything. Third, how come when I read your comment my stomach felt weird like when you hear bad news like g/f or wife cheating on you. But he HAS commented. A few times matter of fact. Perhaps you should start at about page 70 and youll see.

Secondly, If you got perma banned and you open a new account and rebuy all the xpacs and whatever else, isn't that just giving Blizz what they want?

It costs 20 bucks right now to get going again. The day after this massive ban wave, you can buy MOP for 20 bucks. Blizzard is known to do massive ban waves around quarterly profit times. If you think about it, it's smart business. IF AND I SAY IF, there were truly 500k accounts banned or 72 suspened, take the 500k and divide it by 2 for a generous split of bans vs. suspensions. Then if you take the "banned' section and again generously divide by 2 you would get 125k people who will by another account and keep on playing... 125k x 20 = 2.5 million dollars. So if you were the CFO, aka Chief Financial Officer of Blizzard, because if you don't think he is involved in this type of decision you are insane. Wouldn't you say yes as well ? Grand scheme, satisfy customers who hate botters, make 2.5 million in likely less than 2 weeks dependent on how long it takes them to respond to everyone's appeals and make Q1 look pretty to their shareholders ?

well PQR is not done. not for a long while at least. lots of people can do the offsets when new patches come.

The issue is, who will have the balls to fire it up? It's main use is honestly accounts that are worth something, not throwaways. No one raids heroics and does arenas / rbgs on crap accounts.

Um. You do realize in that scenario they're actually losing money right? That's 125k people who quit. They make $180 on sub fees every year, and that doesn't include all the extra crap like mounts/pets/transfers etc. That's a lot more than a measly $40.

I'm just going to keep using pqr on another account. I'll merge it to get all my achieves and mounts. I'll play legit on my main account and wait 3 years till they ban the alt account.

The only money they would lose in that scenario, is the 15/month from the "125k" who don't re sub.. Yes it would be a "loss", but I'm sure they have projection data to determine how much they will gain in new subs over the next year. And would still likely come to the same decision.

One of the only truly irritating aspects of this whole "ban wave" is the lack of continuity. There's no real rhyme or reason as to why some people received temp suspensions and others had their accounts deactivated. Whether it was PQR with or without PQI with a touch of HB hold the PE to PvE with or without PvP; there hasn't been one 72 hour suspension scenario that hasn't been matched with a perm ban, including those who did arenas, bgs, interrupt helpers, ect.

The more forums I read the more confusing the logic behind it becomes. (Like watching retarded kids with buckets over their heads running into walls while laughing and thinking its each other)

I played the piss out of PQR since release... and PQI. From PvE to PvP, there isn't a profile on these forums that I didn't mess around with; even made my own. I raided with it, pvp'd, quested... I couldn't go from the bank to the AH without it. When I wasn't actively using it, I was inactively using it... letting it faceroll on target dummies so I could compare scripts or parses whatever.... the point is, I played the piss out of it.

I even brought it to the attention of my guild, got others involved. Some more heavily than others. But I swear to you, in almost every incident of their being a perm ban.... it wasn't the over-users. Me? No. 72 hours. Slap on the wrists. Blizz took our casuals out of play, our 'eh, I'll download it and take a look at it" players. They even perm banned a girl who had it for 2 weeks, had one script and could never figure out how to use it. She played since release, one of those 'I have every mount' types. Of course, I look like a c*nt now, but it still doesn't explain what the triggers were.. what constituted a suspension and not a perm ban.

I almost want to put in a ticket and inquire why I didn't receive a perm ban, self proclaim how much more I used it than the others and act offended that Blizzard was implying I simply didn't use it enough.... *shrugs* .... but I am a c*nt, so I won't. Either way, lack of continuity ya know?

This is all that you can know, or ever will know.. Either they have been watching certain triggers for the past x amount of months, or they checked their logs for the last x amount of months for certain triggers. You will never know said trigger because well you just won't haha.. If someone comes to this site, downloads and uses pqr/pqi and any kind of profile written for pqr and isn't prepared to at some point in the future lose their account is a COMPLETE FUNCTIONING MORON !!!!! You can go to the honorbuddy forums and see how they claim they are the only safe bot.. The truth is, imagine the brightest programmers from pqr and honorbuddy. That could be a total of what 10-20 people if you are generous. Blizzard likely has a team twice that of people equally as smart and talented, with a few being smarter. And they have access to 2 things that make their job easy. These forums showing them what to look for, and the second being they work for blizzard haha. They can implement things on the sly and catch us when they want... No use crying over spilled milk, either resub and use kicks script to re level like a lot of us, or kindly go the **** away and stop crying.
