In the end, you can only challenge them on the legality of their TOS/EULA.

Why? because every single one of us was legitimately banned.

Talking about suing them, predicated on a lie that you are 1. Not who you say you are, or 2. Didn't do anything wrong, only takes your simple ban, and transforms it into fraud and potentially perjury.
