You just can't call up and say *I didn't hack, unban me* *Sorry sir I can't help you with that, you have tosend in an email* *Oh ok...*. You have to be persistent, tell them you;ve tried the email form, but, you don't feel you got your point accross or were given enough words to desribe the situation in, you felt it was unfair to get one chance, an email, to explain why they should close an account you spent SO long, enjoying and playing on, making friends, etc..
Sell wow as your life, not literally, but, it's a BIG part of your daily routine, you do it to relax, escape from the kids, the kids use the family pc, maybe this flagged wow's security, they installed something.
It's like any type of social situation, you bombard them with information, they'll feel overwhelmed, and hopefully give in and unban you.
I wrote this whilst high, but it should make sense. lol. If not, apologies, will edit later. Also, I'm EU, have had an account unbanned previously by the call centre.
