Tcg scam or DnD scam i would say.
Look em up on the forum here
I decided to start to get into scamming, not real money, just WoW gold. I don't want to go to jail, but I've been low on gold and want to practice my social skills.
SOO, I was wondering, which scams are useful for newbies? What is an easy scam that doesn't have a big punishment. This way I can practice, get better, and eventually help other people. So... any ideas? any help would be great

Scamming will take you to jail for a min of 4 years, practice your social skills with your parents trust me!
I think this scam here is just what you need. Requires only patience and a little luck. Use of social skills is optional.
Heya -Teh Cup-
Uhm one I would suggest would be a youtube "Become a GM!" scam. Just search the forums for a guide or you could look up the ones on youtube for an idea.
I use Free Email Account, 3GB Storage, Spam and Virus Protection at Mail.com as the Email provider because it has an @usa option.
Which is pretty cool
I've had mine running from maybe halfway through last year and its STILL pulling in accounts - And it's fairly decent.
Get the accounts stealz0r the gold and palm it off to some hapless Asian. (Sorry if thats concidered racist) MAKING SURE YOU ALWAYS USE PROXIES
I use Mozilla Firefox and TOR (Google it) It's fairly good but you could use web based proxies aswell if you wanted (The kind you use at school/work to watch lolcats on youtube)
Start with something like that so you have a few accounts to work with for ingame scams like the TCG or such.
There was also a recent post on here about going to Yahoo groups and pretending to be a 14 year old girl to chat up the pedophiles and get them to send you gold. I think thats a bloody awesome idea. Less Pedos out there or ripping the freaks off is a VERY good idea.

EDIT: Here is the link to that Pedo-scam one. Might save you a bit of time searching for it.
Make sure you +rep Jankem for it!

can someone point me to this dnd scam?
Scamming since the winter of '08:
Accounts Scammed: 20, Gold Scammed: ~ 100,000 Cash Made: nearly $500 USD
Haha, scamming people over the internet is defiantly not practicing social skills. If you want to practice social skills go to a party or join a club... don't scam people for their money or time.
But if you want to get into scamming, the most easy way would actually be to use refractor on an already made phising program and hack his email. I defiantly wouldn't recommend doing an ingame scam because the chances of getting banned on your scamming account is pretty high and since you are new to scamming im guessing you don't have many spare accounts.
Scamming isnt hard follow a guide that sounds fun and stick to it practice it and youll be a pro in no time
