They won't track by computer, but by I.P. So, if it's showing up as a different IP then what he normally uses, then no, I'm afraid he won't be banned.
Hey, I have a question for you guys.
My friend logged onto my account and stole some items from me. He was using a proxy for WoW (Lowerping) but did it from the same computer he normally logs into WoW from (so he used the same computer to log into my account, and his own account). However, he made sure he only logged into my account with lowerping, and didn't use it for his account, meaning that both accounts had a different IP associated with them.
Given that he used the same computer, will Blizzard be able to track it, and ban him? Or will using a program that changes his IP keep him safe?
