Rare enough that 2 of the current dev's run Vista x64.

ahhh... k =P guess I won't be able to try it then till it comes out =P Also, to the guy that posted above me, it will probably be closed beta until they release it. The initial release is just like an Open Beta because there will probably still be some bugs that need to be fixed which can only be noticed if used by a mass audience. Just like WoW did with Burning Crusade... basically everyone got into the beta during the last month. This is generally called "stress testing".

If you guys dont have anyone with Vista x64 bit, I wouldn't mind being in beta =P (yes i know you said no real need to ask, but having someone with a x64 bit operating system... especially vista... is slightly rare lol)

I dev on three platforms.

Windows Vista x64
Windows Server 2008 x64

So yeah, we've got that covered.

This seems great , I cannot wait.
However I'd like to ask you something Apoc , considering this bot.
Since Im using only the oBG feature of the OB Im wondering if this feature will be
in the new OB as well, the whole new system seems pretty good and Im glad
it won't be open source anymore since many jackasses are selling 2.6 for money as it is their bot...

We currently have a total of 6 beta testers lined up to help us soon. If we need more, we'll let the people know, who need to know.

So what is the current state of the new OB? I saw that you said it would likely be a few months before a release, but is it still Alpha, or do you have some beta testing being done already. Are we going to see this before Wrath, or is it going to be right about that time period? I am extremely hyped about this, and want to see it in action, which leads me to my next question, do you think you will publish some video of the bot just moving around and doing basic things pretty soon, or is that going to be much closer to the release?

I haven't been this excited since back when I was making stuff for D2JSP, way back in the Diablo2 era.
