I personally would recommend Cypher's MEF because his supports DBC edits.
This one for me never would work with DBC edits.

Usage:

I've decided to remove the old WoWMe. You no longer need a .cfg file, from now on it will be a standalone application.

As per usual, all edits must be in patch-X.MPQ(MPQ MUST BE IN CAPS) prefix.

1) Run WoW with WoWME.exe
2) Once you reach the login screen, hit F8 to restore changes
3) Login
4) Have fun

er my wow closes as soon as I open with wowme how do I fix that?

This doesn't seem to work anymore when your login name is an e-mail address. I can login just fine with other accounts while WoWME is active, and I can login just fine to the email-username account when WoWME isn't active. However I simply get a 'failed to connect to the server' error when I try to use this combination. >.
