I cant find the folder "patch-X.MPQ". all i see is wow-final.MPQ, wow-partial-1.MPQ, and wow-partial-2.MPQ

Update: Got it working now, once I removed one of my other MPQ's. Maybe a faulty one.

none of my old mpqs allow the game to open up, just closes wow after i log in. >.< let me see if making a new one works.

Seems to be a problem with the MPQ file and possible not WOWME. When I load WoW 3.1 with the WoWME.exe everything shows fine, but when I apply the MPQ file, the gfx error show.

Ill try and get ahold of a new MPQ for 3.1 and try it again.

It simply come from "DBC"Change in you MPQ's, make it back with your newest DATA folders.
