I'm pretty sure they can't ban the account or anything since they aren't supposed to be selling the CD keys.
Hey guys, I'm trying to perfect my own scam, but this is the last piece of the puzzle for me, and I'm not too sure of the answer. Before I tested it, I wanted to see if anyone had the answer.
If I was to buy a CD-key online, and then recall the money or get it called back, how probable would it be for them to call Blizzard and report the key and get my account banned? Also, some sites like Swagvault have that as a disclaimer, is it a real threat or a bluff?
Also, if they report the key, and it hasn't been used yet, will they keep tabs on it for when someone does use it?
Thanks for the answers!

Last time I checked it was perfectly legal to sell CD-keys online, but I'll check.
its possible the guy will go through the trouble of proving you stole his card and he bought it
but most likely nothing will happen cause it's his fault.
Anyone else have any input?
I know if it were my I'd go ape$?!# and freak out and definitely say I got hacked and get the account, but hey thats just me.
