Is there a way make pogosniper pro stop looking at pokemon that has already disappeared?

I have the same problem the program ask me at the first catching if i'm softabnned.... i try now again and never change. also same week ago i donated for pokesniper pro but i did't recive key...so i can't use pro. if you need i send may paypal mail so you can watch if that i say is thrue. sorry for my english. i'm italian
