Where is the crying? (I don't see it in my post). I did waste my time figuring out that all bots irrespective of the config get you banned, and I think that all the newbies on this forum (like you) should be aware of it.

The reason why this isn't common knowledge is that opportunistic bot developers are preying on script kiddies like you and the fact that Niantic takes a few days or a week or two before you actually get banned.

Nice post, though I dont understand why you only mention necrobot since all bots are just as unsafe. Makes it kind of look like you're part of a different development team trying to bash necro.

Thank you, though I don't deserve credits of being member of competing dev team.

My reasons are quite simple, first I'm naive enough to think that mebbe there is less whining about getting banned if some new people or average Joe's notice the thread.

Second reason is that maybe some current Necro Dev's improve their code. Based on commit notes they may actually work to improve their protocol code.

Third reason was that mebbe some of those Necro modders who try to cash out with "fame" of Necro could contribute on current Necro fork and not just make some "mods".

Etc.
