Using Fake GPS / Joystick in-game to GPS Spoof LOCALLY - any Perma Bans?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anybody has experienced a Perma ban from using the GPS Spoofing / In-game Joystick to spoof locally? Locally as in just using the joystick to walk within 5-10miles of your location.

Like if you just use the joystick to walk your character around to pick up Pokestops/Pokemon 5-10 minutes from your house, will you get a hard perma ban? I have recently just started using the Fake GPS joystick and have only received 1 single soft ban; this was for instantaneously teleporting 30+miles. Ive only been using the GPS Spoof to spoof locally for a couple of days. Aside from this single soft ban, I have not experienced any soft bans for walking to parks near my house and catching Pokemon at nearby lures within 5-20 minutes from my house.

Anybody have a different experience with this?

I would be interested to know too, been walking to my nearest pokestop using Flygps as im just out of range in the office where I work. Don't want to throw all the hard work away!

Emulated as in NOX? If so, then obviously, since NOX is not legit API. We are talking about gps spoof with real pokemon app.

I was perma banned for Nox only. Account that was banned never bot, etc. Just Nox on occasion.

Im bery intereted in this.

I started a 2nd account to try a bot. Got to level 15 and since then ive been using 1 of the iphone joystick hacks.

I know it will be banned due to the bot which im ok with but reallry intereted to know if i start another account and solely use the iphine hack if i will be banned.

Same here Nox'd with my main account. Took them almost 2 weeks to end out the ****ing email about the ban. Heres to hoping they unban it out of luck.
