Any difference between using Nox gps spoof VS phone gps spoof?

Im just wondering, is there any difference between those 2? I know using nox will display your device as Nox but im not sure about phone. Will it display as your original phone?

If yes,
So is it safer to say that using phone gps spoof to play is safer than nox gps spoof?
Are they able to track that you are using phone gps spoof?

But when we gps spoof, our altitude will always be 0 to them right? Also, what if i just use those gps spoof apps in playstore only? Like just that. They are still able to track down i guess?
