Does Niantic Flag IP?

I was botting and got banned on 3 accounts, was wondering does niantic flag IP? I am going to play legit now, so is it safe to open pokemon go with same IP?

Yes - they flag and ban IP addresses.

Edit, with some extra information;

Temp IP ban
Caused by too many requests from the same IP.
This ban prevents any MapObjects from being returned. (unable to find pokestops error)
Will last anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours depending on severity.

It should be safe to play with a new account on the same IP, as long as you don't have other bots running on the same IP.

However, your IP is still flagged. You won't notice a softban, or anything, but internally, every account that connects through your IP will get flagged. Which puts it one step closer to getting banned, if anything else suspicious gets noticed on that account.
