Has anyone got unbanned from "Failed to receive data from server" yet?

Hi guys myits been 5 days since my ban no sign of niantic email...but i made a new ptc account and in my big suprise/deception i was able to put my old nickname(the ban one) so... what exactly will this meen.
Im currently still using the service of sephirolf, 3 letters so far but only there ficking automatic response.....
Yes i did bot maybe in total of 17h ive sniped a lot, spoffing yes... anyways
What you're though on this?

Confirmed, also got server data error on google account.. Made ptc account with same nickname..
Accounts maybe just got removed? (play data?)..

Yeah idk really.... i mean im still sending letter see if something happen... anyways for the moment there is no sign of them except for the automatic response and no sign of a email telling me that my account is officially terminated

I was read most of botters here post out their termination email but I am still waiting for my email. Niantic is still not send me any termination email. Probably they found my accounts are suspicious but can't find any evidence to support it. The most reason is because in Malaysia here, we are using dynamic IP. Our broadband (both ADSL and fiber optics) are connected to the ISP, its allow us to change IP when we restart our modem and router. This makes Niantic has difficulties to trace my accounts I think. That's why I am keep waiting from morning until now still not receive any email from them.

I use both ADSL and fiber optics too and I never receive email from niantic.

Don't wait for it unbanned. Niantic won't unban your account, please create a new Ptc account then bot. You just need 1 day to reach lv20.
I got a IV100 Dragonite with movesets Dragon Breath/Dragon Pulse in my main account but all banned. This is permanent ban.
Please don't wasting your time to keep appeal for unban. This is just a free game, you can create as many account as you like. I can create 999999 accounts when Niantic keep ban my account. Who care?

I have a few friends that have been taken back to lvl 15-19 with their high pokemons deleted. Ban email received!, but they tried logging in and it was brought back to day 5.... etc

Today I saw the message ,,failed to get the game data" for the first time. I signed out, logged to my google account and switched back and everything worked properly. This evening I was farming pokestops and after a while when everything seemed ok the game just stopped. The pokestops were not giving anything and clicking on a gym announced an error on the top of the screen.So I signed out of my account and after that I didn't get back. I was gps spoofing (nox) to get pokemons that are not normally available in my region. Everytime I changed a location I tried to stay in there for leveling with a ,,normal" way. Now it's several days what I am staying around New York... Well, I tried everything to look it reliable... perhaps I made a mistake somewhere or It's just a game error, but the final call is not up to me. I better **** off, should of counted with it. Just regreting the time wasted on that.

One fella close to niantic said once u get that message means your account was temporary closed, flagged and waiting for a review. When the review is ok U are just able to play again, if it's not so u are getting banned by a confirmation via email.
