my only account that had that message was a iphone with a selfsign Pokemon Go++ 1.9_1.6r11.ipa & Discord Sniper maybe if we can narrow it down to what app or sniper is alerting niantic

Pokemons caught has the location of encounter, ie where you first met the pokemon. It does not record where you first threw the pokeball at it. If you use sniper, then there will be pokemons in your collection for different parts of world within a very narrow time frame. A quick scan of the account will flag it.
