An update on Pokémon GO account bans

i didn't received any ban mail but my acct was banned. i only used pokebotninja just to view my pokemon's iv and stats but never used it to bot/level-up. can someone please help me how to file a ban appeal? please provide me a link or something. Thanks in advance.

Tell them that you have one of their employee hostage and in exchange for their life, you want your account back. If that doesn't work, tell them you are a fat and ugly autistic virgin who has no life and that pokemon go is the only source of entertainment in your life and you cannot live without your account. Maybe they will pity you and give you your account back.

got my 2 love letters from niantic today, that my (already banned) accounts were 'terminated' - I was hoping for at least one of them to be unbanned but no such luck, even if one of them was mostly legit played with some botting on the side vs the other that was 100% botted. Niantic might have a dart board that when the reviewer hits a bullseye, the account gets unbanned
