I just checked 20 of my banned accounts ... 1 is working again -> level 29, a few 100% iv pokemons ... botted with necrobot + sniping

It is absurd that we don't know anything about REPORT -> BAN (regardless of bot/hacks).
Legit player may be banned only for reports? A lot of people are saying "YES". A lot of people are saying "NO".

Help me find final answer, and I'll create a new thread with all info acquired at the disposal of all OC players.

We have to know how many reports (3? 5?) for cheating can ban an account (even if legit), AND once and for all if this it's true or not.

I Bot 4 hours daily 've been doing this two weeks without sniper and have had no problem nor a banned account even in the updates I think what you say is uncertain since it is based as you use your bot is if you they ban or not , if you abuse of the obvious mind you your account will be closed but not talk without foundation because I have 20 accounts and not one of them has been banned

Do not use nox 1 second will not walk more than 7k / h , do not snipe , only Bot in your city not somewhere where you're not, not open your account automatically mind after bot wait a while and changed regularly mind your ip stay away of free programs that are useless and no bot more than 4 hours per day, Every time you start again bot change your ip

It's absolutely impossible that your account will be banned just for being reported, that's just ridiculous to say that. We don't know what that does exactly but I'm sure that won't ban your account, but that can sends alerts to Niantic about your account.
