I sent the Ban appeal for 2 accounts and today niantic give me back the level 12 i going to try again With the others accounts

They didn't answer to my appeal! I've never got an email stating I was banned.

OMG! one of my accounts got unban this is awesome!!!! I used Turing Bot until level 24 the I was manually sniping pokemons then I got ban. logged in to all of my accounts today and this one was unban. still level 24 with all of my Pokemons.

For the unbanned accounts, did you receive any ban emails for them initially?

Legit account - OMG NO BAN!

None that have been banned have been restored yet

Yep. I received a banned email and now an unbanned email. I didn't appeal not once

No ban emails at all. Just the fail to authenticate message and before that it was cannot connect to server a few weeks ago

Yep. I received a banned email and now an unbanned email. I didn't appeal not once

UPDATE: Even though I got the email. I still can't log into my account. It says " Unable to authenticate, Please try again" I'll give it a day and see what happens. This is with gmail and not PTC. PTC accounts are working back

Over a month and Niantic finally replied to mine ban appeal. It didnt said mine account was terminated, just bla bla cheating and stuffs. But still cant log in.

Don't worry, people are quickly losing interest in the game. I've read that they are loose 15million players so far. One thing probably coz the botters are banned.
