    Compensation? You sir, are a jackass... Try a little patience and write another email...Act like an ass and i bet it gets you nowhere. My opinion is that you stood buy and watched that nothing was happening and still you did nothing. You could have cancelled the collection...Taken proper screenshots, played your game in the meantime, and they would have more than taken care of you as they did me for the same thing. You are asking for help to play a game in a manner in which it is not meant to be payed and your pissed to the point of compensation because things did not run perfectly.. Well, thank you for being around for me to Teabag....I feel better.

    First off I am a woman second of all I've been playing without my game because it was told to me not to sign on until I receive a email stating that my items was all collected next I did cancel it and I have taken screenshots I sent a total of eight emails and which none of them were answered even after canceling it they have yet to refund the coins that was not used... So yes I would want some type of "Compensation" like my money back for not getting the items I PAID FOR... and I do understand that I'm not suppose to be using the service and to be patient... I was and I feel that if they can't provide a service that they aren't delivering they shouldn't advertise and accept money from people... as well you can keep your tea bagging... to yourself... next time ask questions before you make an ass of yourself... or stay out other people business... Thank you!!

    Are you guys responding to emails yet? I lost TONS of lvl 100 and high CP and rare Pokémon due to this new slash in the update. I'd like to know soon what the response is. I appreciate it!

    I clicked on the popup alerts to catch a Feraligatr and an Alakazam and the Feraligatr end up being a Growlithe and the Alakazam a Nidoran(female). Yet was still charged the 492 for the Feraligatr and 497 for the Alakazam. I'm attaching screenshots of the catches.

    I'm having the same issue also none of my auto catches are being caught and I cant manually do it either......

    I had some problems a couple of months ago and I stupidly brought loads of new tokens last week and now this has happened.

    I've had it with this site now

    I just got coins and its not letting me get anything. Items or pokemon. Is the site down for any reason, or do I need to email you for a refund?

    I sent a couple of emails to the support staff and they were able to correct the mistake and really help me out. I am very happy with the company. If your having real issues be patient and email them. They will fix you up!

    So I thought that all the pokemon I set up on auto catch had been caught (got the 800 emails saying catch successful)....

    So I waited the 7 hours needed to log into the app and counted up my pokemon that I had ordered to be caught........ it totalled 301

    It took the site TEN DAYS to catch 301 pokemon of which I caught half of them myself on there! Seriously? WTF!

    I had emailed support FOUR times early on in those ten days with no response to issues on the site and now I have just had to email them a massive email explaining what exactly the problem is so I can get a refund of 42,225 coins.

    If I don't get a reply in the next couple of days I'm just going to do a charge back, the site has seriously pissed me off to many times over the past couple of months.

    I'm going to do a charge back as well. They responded FINALLY to an email saying they would credit coins back which they have not. I just want a refund for the tons of money I spent. They have done NOTHING so far. Total scam.
