Looking at that website, the first post says you can always use the given coords to manually catch the mons, but I dont see the coords anywhere. Has this been removed over time?

We have temporarily removed this, but it will be returning as an option in the near future. We will not be showing it by default anymore, given the lack of tools for GPS spoofing without having a rooted phone. For the vast majority of our users, the information was not relevent.

you say 125 but i paid 499 and i didnt even get them. yet it took my 10 bucks and coins. i auto ordered blissey, amphoros and unknown. i understand the two havent been found yet but the blisseys have been all day. Im confused. Does this work?

Before the exist of the new generation of pokemon I ordered also an Ampharos for "only" 125, and Unown but still waiting for them ! But to tell the truth I had a Blissey, better than nothing. Thank you for let us know, I also noticed that some pokemon were not at 125. Pupitar for instance (499 coins).

so i have put 25 bucks into this and got about 4 pokemon out of it. The ones i hit catch on. Only 1 of my 4 auto pokemon worked. Still waiting on my blissey..tyranitar and unkown..yet it took my coins...and i see they are available to catch but im not catching them again at 499 especially when you said they were 125. I emailed and no reply. Hope this works cause i feel scammed. great cite and it does work sometimes..just want what i paid for

I did the pokeball capture and it worked one time for me. I got tons of items. Now it never works anymore. It only finds one pokestop and no others. I got an email stating that it failed possibly due to not allowing geolocations on the website. What does that mean? That was such a great feature and I wish I would work more than that one time. Please help. Thank you!

If you have a problem specific to your account (auto catches, for example) please get in contact with us through the website and we'll be happy to assist.

Auto catches that were set up at 125 coins are honored, and you have not been charged more due to the price increase. The Pokemon in question are extremely rare, and we can not guarantee the first time they appear we can catch them for you, as they may escape.

We are currently aware that Pokeball collection is failing more often than it should be, and are looking into why.
