I set a Ditto on Auto-catch right before they were released thinking they'd be able to spawn as just a ditto. Is there a way I could get my 500 coins back? I never got an email response on it. Thanks!

Don't know, as you, I've written twice to explain my problem ! I never had any answer at all... After 2 weeks !
And this is simple : with my first account when I registered, I made a mistake because it it not my Pokemon Go's account. So I simply ask to transfer my money to my new account. I NEVER EVER had an answer. But my money was definitively taken...

also as an Avid user who loves your service and buys coins constantly I have a few suggestions and would love an answer:
Order of necessity:
1: auto capture settings - let me set an autocapture for certian IVS please!!(100IV dragonite. pikachus over 90% IV only, Eevees and her evos over 95% etc)
2: perhaps multiples of the same mon for a better IV spead/ a filter??
3: movesets possible since youre obviously catching these things and/or cps for level 30 +
4:?????

Me too I would like some answers. The site is pretty cool and helped me capture a Lapras, but, because there are some "butS", it should be cool to answer to the clients.
It would be also cool to reassure clients that they will not be banned (because I'm only using this).
when we want autocapture, we can not choose the IV, and ALL of my Lapras are bad ones, I mean, I can not fight any gym with for instance a CP 640 and an IV at 30 % !!!! (it's just an example).

I'll look forward to see the answers ever in my email or here.
