What % of players Bot?

I've played activly for maybe 5-6 weeks, and have looked at hundreds of gyms, I'm sure over 300 different mobs in gyms.

I've only ever suspected 1 of using some type of cheat, a level 34 with a 3040 dragonite.

Which was easy to take down, even though I was not botting or sniping, being 6 levels behind.

Ninac I know is really pushing their bans and spending quite a bit of time and resources to combat .5% of the player base maybe?

But really, in this game, even if you have a max account....anyone can really beat any gym it seems. So it's not like these botted accounts really disrupt anyone's game play..

Honestly, it probably makes it more intresting to try and fight a gym with some max trainers mobs in there.

Botting barely effects the game because it is so unbalanced. any noob can take out any gym because of how the gym system is set up.

The only player to player action is gyms.. everything else doesn't effect any other player right now.

You really think 15%? that seems really really high.

I have logged legit 400+ KM walking and playing, always looking in gyms, curious to see what people have and what level.

I've only seen maybe 5 players 30 or higher. Highest I have seen was 34.

Each gym generally has 3 pokemon's and 3 players. I'm certain I've seen well over 300 trainers under level 25.

With just my data, I would only suspect maybe 1 player of using a bot, or a snipe. The level 34 had a 3040 Dragonite which is not even maxed for a level 34.

Well when u spoof all over the world and look at the gyms u will seee alot with botted accounts high 30's and shit with high pokemon mostly dragonites. But if ur checking areas that are not that popular....gyms are looking fairly norml.

I think the % of bot players is somewhat high, maybe around 20%. Lets be honest, the legit way of playing pokemon go its not sustainable in the long run. Once you reach lvl 20 the game really starts to slow down and you need to expend more and more time do continue lvling up efficiently and, at the current state of the game, it gets boring really fast. I can see children playing this for a long time, but adults? We have a lot of more important things to do than being walking around randomly to catch some pokemons, spin pokespots, battle gyms and hatch eggs(pretty much everything the game has to offer) and to make it even worst we only get ****king pidgeys and rattatas...

I kinda like to catch pokemons and try to find the most powerful ones, but hell no i will be wandering my city everyday for this shit. I still have my legit "main" account in my smartphone, but i barely enter the app.

I got to a legit level 30,
Also purchased $380 in coins, so lots of eggs and incubators.

Ran a bot over night, and some the following day. Still played in the evenings normally. Got the ban stick with the quickness.

But after 30 is tuff, half a million to gain a level, and powering up your pokemon's half as much per power up, with far greater stardust and candy.
