More than one month spoofing and still safe?

GPS spoofing on the phone does not use cracked API. I have been spoofing and playing the game as it is and no ban, as long as you only spoof within your country. It is not botting since you play the game normally.

i've been spoofing for about a month and i can still play and log in so i am not currently banned. i havent checked since this morning cause of fear of getting banned. Are you still able to log in? just checking to see if any one that spoof is still not perma banned. i dont even wanna log in for a few days and then just start playing normal but feel if i do that and go back to my original state cause i was playing in San Francisco and havent moved for weeks! if i start playing legit ill end up getting banned for moving to fastly back to my home state though im going to wait at least till morning to check. Let me know spoofers i hope more of us are not perma banned

I have been using Nox to play like a normal user in a nearby urban area. I do not take over gyms while playing with Nox. Level 27, still no ban.

GPS Spoofing with Nox is not safe, just logging into an account on Nox will get it banned.

I never heard of just logging in Nox will get you banned. There are no auto bans in this game, except for soft bans. From my experience using Nox only, I think there is a small percentage that you won't get ban and there is a higher percentage you do get banned. I got banned for spoofing very far away, but my other accounts who spoof all around the world didn't get banned. Just because my account survived for a long time and not banned, don't assume it is safe. I think they spend time checking each players individually like invisible GMs, if they skipped you then you are safe for today. If you play safe (not botting), they might let you slide. I can see why they also can ban legit players by mistake.
