I think you are just wrong.
Only thing getting you banned is these API based bots. Regardless of uptime.

Softban / IP ban.... just wait a while it will resolve by itself.....this happen if you have multiple account on a same LAT/LONG running from the same IP on the same machine. Try this if you wish to experience it. Log in to your Bot using your PC / with an account and place it on a LAT/LONG of your choice . Now log in the same account using your mobile and using wifi connection which connected to the same Router/IP of your PC.

Wait for it.......

and you get your softban /IP banned .....you cannot catch, you cannot spin (loots) and most common one will be your "(ATTENTION) No usable PokeStops in your area. Is your maximum distance too small?"
