Yes reduce the walking area to hang around an area
As for a decent number I'd recommend 10000 if you are not hungry for exp

No please avoid running 2 bots at the same time to avoid IP ban or you could use different proxies for them

Is it necessary to choose starter pokemon and name? And does this collect the level rewards?

For all your doubts please read the instructions carefully
It says don't login to mobile during botting not even for choosing Nickname, team,etc..
After you reach your desired level, stop the bot don't use it ever for that account (you can use it for another new ptc account)..
Then login to mobile...it will ask u to choose Nickname, starter...to join a team go to a gym

Is there high risk of being banned to run multiple bots simultaneously if I'm using dynamic IP internet service (so IP ban is not a concern)?

Whatever the condition, it is recommended not to run 2 bots together..

I got soft-banned on both account after more than 12hours botting.

1 with config walking speed 50 kmph
1 with config walking speed 30 kmph

Both got BANNED !!

I don't think it's a permanent ban
Check again please

I open and close the bot alot in a day i would say atleast 10-15 times a day will it still automaticly close with the killswitch protection for pokemon and pokestops trashhold or will it only do that when u run the bot lets say 6-16 hours straight in a row.

Do one thing ...make a notepad file and keep the log manually or look into the killswitch folder
