This is my setting: Even with this, pokestop is still going every 3-5 seconds. I want 1 minute, maybe 5 minute per stop --- or completely stop pokestops.

I get that Lord, but there are complications that occur because some "settings" rule over others. First of all, you can put "Delaypokestop" to 10000000. It won't be any slower if you don't increase your "DelayBetweenPlayerActions". Secondly.. Listen well. If you want to catch pokemons at the "same" rate as before, but delay the pokestops? There is no shutting off button for pokestops.
May I suggest you decrease your walking speed to a lot less? Put your walking speed to 8km and not 40km/whatever you have. Secondly, increase your "DelayBetweenPlayerActions" to around 2000. If that doesn't help you A LOT, I'm all out of ideas.
Best of luck

You do know that having a 100% level 1 dratini is better than having a level 40 10 % one? Just sit on your ass and bot dratinis.. Level it up and there you go, a perfect dragonite. If you prefer CP over IV, "PrioritizeIvOverCp": true, set this to false. You could also increase your duplicates, but that would seriously take up more space in your bag.

75k an hour is way over the top. Lets assume a real person is "able" to catch on average, a great throw on each pokemon. 75k an hour would equal 500 pokemons, that is 8.3 each minute. Without pokestops. Sure you can use a lucky egg, but who the hell are able to catch 4.15 pokemon each minute for an hour? You guys wondering why the hell you get banned? This my friend, is one of the reasons.

I open and close the bot alot in a day i would say atleast 10-15 times a day will it still automaticly close with the killswitch protection for pokemon and pokestops trashhold or will it only do that when u run the bot lets say 6-16 hours straight in a row.

The problem is that the killswitch does not keep a log for the past 24 hours, so if you set it at 900 pokemons, catch 850, then close the bot. When you re-open it, it will continue to catch 900 more, which will lead to a fleeban. My suggestion is that you keep a notepad to keep track on how far you have gotten that day and adjust the amount needed in the config each time you close it during a 24 hour period.
