KillSwitch is the bot stopping before the limits are reached.
Ie, max pokemon caught per day is 1000. I think default settings stop it at 899. Once you reach 1000, all pokemon will Flee, ie, the CatchFlee issue. Have to wait the 24 hours before starting bot again because you can't catch more than the 1000.
Pokestops i am assuming is 2000, because default setting is 1899.
Check the logs as to the last activity on bot, and wait 24 hours after the latest activity before restarting the bot.

Actually I've no reason for botting other than just to gather lures. But I was thinking of creating 1 account solely for catching high CP rare pokemons. The default locations you put, only managed to get me a 1k CP gyarados so far.. any idea of a good spot to farm for let say charmander/dratini/magikarp? and where do I change the location in the config.json?
Unless your sniping, it will just take lots of time. Sniping will get you banned for sure.
If you are near your targeted level, just use the "ignore" feature to ignore all commons, and just let the bot run, wait it out, and it will only try catching the rarer pokemon eventually, you'll have all rarer pokemon on higher levels.
I am reaching my target level(just 30) and now have it set to ignore basically all 1st tier pokemon, unless I still need the evolution(arcanine, persian, golem, etc.)

I created a fresh ptc account, i logged in to my phone to create the character and give it a name ..
After that i started using the bot ..
Am i going to get banned for this? because the instructions OP gave is to never log in to your phone until desired level is reached

Thats the killswitch, it stops before you reach the daily limit... cant catch more than 1000 pokemon per day, bot stops at 899.
Give it 24 hours before you start it again.

Pokemon GO Necrobot Release 0.9.0 Edited by Niel | Safe & Fast Leveling |), I discovered a method to botting safely.
TuringBot is much better and safest of all bots till date. It contains anti-ban features like KillSwitch, IP Changer, etc. It is aimed at Humanized behaviour.
Features include:
- Automatic Farming
- Automatic Tranferring
- KillSwitch Protection
- IP Changer
- Sniper(Disabled by default)
My method remains the same. You should try the Bot on a new PTC(Pokémon Trainer Club) account which you have never used to login on your mobile before. Finally use this Bot according to your needs to level up until you reach your desired level and only then login with it on your mobile and start playing. Well, after you start playing, never use the Bot on that account.
To setup this Bot, download the file and edit the "auth.json" file in config folder. Input your PTC credentials within the quotes provided. Well it is recommended not to change the config, but you may modify some options like Sniping, etc. but I warn it may ban you.

UPDATE: All my 10 accounts are intact, not banned. My oldest account is kept steady at Level 32, while a Level 27 account is still being botted upon since 7 days and not banned
UPDATE 2: None of my accounts have been banned so far. 5 accounts kept at Level 20 & others still leveling up
So, these lines right here ... It will keep the 2 highest CP pokemon, and transfer any others?? I would hate for it to catch lets say, a 2000CP Snorlax, but transfer that because it already has a 500CP and 1000CP in inventory. I lowered it from 1500 or whatever it was to 500. If i need to increase for it to work as i'd like, let me know.
Thanks
