How to remove ban (updated) worked for me (flee pokemon)

i have new one method to unban cathch flee ban
my original location is india but i was cathching pokemon in santa monica ...my account becomes catch flee at levl 25 ....im jumbed to my orginal location and removed softban by quickspin 2.0 and cathched pokemon in my surround ( if it also catch flee dont worry) and then im jump to santa monica by bot and used quickspin 2.0 to remove ban at that location........now im able to catch pokemon.........ban is removed .......best method everrrrrr.........share it guys

If you are softban (catch flee and rob pokestop with nothing drop)
Just find a pokestop (blue) and rob it then leave it and rob it again...again...repeat 40times and pokestop drop now (purple) !
Now you can rob and catch normal !
I always successful with this method after softban by using teleport !!!

Everyone knows the pokestop trick for removing softban but that flags your account.
