How to remove ban (updated) worked for me (flee pokemon)

This worked for me on 2 accounts lvl32 and 39 8/13/2016 ,8 AM
Birst change ur IP (using VPN) or anything
Then in your PoGO account go to setting click on change nickname, change it to whatever you want
Then find any pokemon, use razz berry, then leave the pokemon, then click on it again and feed it razz berry one more time, and throw your best poke ball available (ultra ball if u have it). not sure about this one but make sure to throw it and get "Great" ( i my self got it twice ).

your catch flee ban probably lifted just like others, it takes 15-24 hours they said to lift a catch flee ban

i got 2 accounts which got catchflee ban yesterday.
i quit botting both of them.
today, around 25 hours later, i tried to open both accounts using pokeninja bot. just to check if my pokemons and items are still intact or got erased like some others.
turned out both are ok.
still have everything.
so i decided to sign in using nox.
the first thing i try was catching pokemons.
and they all can be caught normally.
all i can think is the catchflee ban has been lifted on both my accounts.

Catch flee ban is only temporary aka soft ban
I had plenty of those when i first started using bots, its usually triggered by changing locations too far/fast.

yes. no trick or anything to unban.
just wait a while, in my case 24 hours.

Tried this on my 21 acc and it worked but i cant say this really did work because maybe it lifted it self. :confused:

i have new one method to unban
my original location is india but i was cathching pokemon in santa monica ...my account becomes catch flee at levl 25 ....im jumbed to my orginal location and removed softban by quickspin 2.0 and cathched pokemon in my surround ( if it also catch flee dont worry) and then im jump to santa monica by bot and used quickspin 2.0 to remove ban at that location........now im able to catch pokemon.........ban is removed .......best method everrrrrr.........share it guys
