Possible Ban? Please advise

Hello, i've ran Necro, im getting the soft ban message. It tries to unban the soft ban but is unable to. I've gone IRL to a pokestop and tried swiping, but it says try again later. I havent tried catching anything but as for the gym I am unable to fight or place pokemon inside. Any advice? What is the cause?

There are like 50 threads in here regarding this. I see you have 0.8.5, my own version works fine so I can only assume your account is under one of the new soft bans if not possibly permabanned (not sure if its official). Use a new account or find one of the 'patched' versions they are throwing around here if that doesn't work
