i need someone with a paypal account with money to pay money into my canadian so i can buy some gold, some game time/authentication for recruit a friend mount, maybe a rapidshare account then ill tell you when to dispute. for the help you can have some stuff like gold, codes, or any virtual goods at no cost. And both accounts have the potential to be locked. PayPal doesnt take kindly to those who try and steal their money/damage their reputation as a safe online service.

Both accounts can potentially be locked. It's very easy for Paypal to see where funds travel.

People often seem to be under the impression that they're immune from punishment as long as they use a throway Canadian Paypal account. This simply is not true, though.

The fact of the matter is that ANYTHING you do on the internet can be traced. Proxies, encryption, tor, all of it leaves a trail. The main thing you have to do is be sure that you have enough anonymity so that it becomes impractical to track you for whatever you've done. However, a simple proxy is often not good enough for that. Especially since you're moving from the realm of scamming WoW accounts, into real fraud ( if I understand correctly ).
