For those who asking how to get refund - I followed one of the links on this thread - probably the quoted one above.
I also followed the steps on one of the reddit threads. The steps was something like.

- Go to google store. Request refund. It will say outside of 48 hours so contact developer directly.
- Sent email to developer directly. Get auto reply with 'this inbox is not monitored
- Flagged app as inappropriate for not meeting google play regulations/TOS whatever you call it (they need to respond within time frame)

I then rang google - explained my situation. Basically said something along the lines of they aren't responsive. They have materially changed the app from what was advertised and when I spent my money. They have now blocked my account so i can't even access what I have purchased. They log the complaint and send to refunds team to credit my paypal/credit card.

The guy at google was very friendly and said this was the first call (lol) regarding Niantic. He encouraged me to tell others to also report the app as inappropriate if they are having the same issues so some other head honcho and google and sort them out and tell them to pick up their game (again, lol).

They ban my unbotted account with real monies spent. Why wouldnt they ban a botted account.

Even if they offer to give back my account im done with POGO.

In reality, once you've hit about lvl 20 and mostly filled up pokedex (maybe 2 weeks?) it becomes a pretty fkn shite game.

Of course not.
Just setting walk 0,6-1,2km/h,
Every pokestop loot has delay 40-50 sec,
Every pokemon caught has delay 20-30 sec,
Every pokemon transfer has delay 20-30 sec,
Every pokemon evolve has delay 50-60 sec,
Never mass evolve/transfer,
Never snipe,
Bot from level 1,
Bot for 5-10 minutes,
After that, always login to pogo app and manual evolve/transfer and throw all of potion/revive for 30 minutes to 1 hour (don't activing your GPS of course).

PS : never use same bot setting every I do botting.

Hope this setting can make my account survive forever.

Maybe if we all give them bad rate and report as inapropriate app, they will unban us.

Btw coba pakai imei changer juga bro, pakai xposed & root. Kalau android sih. Ane duga kuat nih niantic pakai sistem ban hardware/device.

I see a lot of speculation about what Niantic are looking for in botted/emulator accounts,,, I personally like the altitude of pokestops as a suspect, but my son just pointed out that maybe the phone orientation has something to do with it,,, I know most of us have Battery Saver turned off,,, it's annoying,,,, but even if it's turned off,, Niantic still has access to that data,,, no legit user would have a completely stationary phone for long periods during play, would they?

Udah di ganti semua semenjak akun level 25 w di banned..
Gara2 pake bot pokeninja..
Langsung ganti semua imei, ID device, dll..
Akun lama di hapus dari google acc, pogo di install ulang..
Akhir nya sampe sekarang masih bertahan..
Btw, udah dapet poke cp 1200an..
Menanti cp 1500 buat tes gebuk gym..

Buka playstore download "all g" apps gan, disitu kita bisa login & dapat kesimpulan akun pokego kita direset jadi level 0 & semua pokemon kita dihapus. Tapi anehnya stardust kita utuh.
