I left my almost 3k dragonite over night....in a different town and next morning i was banned....it was 2 days ago.Probably reported me....

So after reading all your inputs in these a few days I decided to get money back through Google refund service but I got nearly instant auto reply email from Google saying poooo!

Shall I try the credit card issuer now? or chasing Google in another way?

$330 spent. 6 out of 8 acc gone now including the main. One by one, day after day, truly the best experience with pokemoney go!

The situation now is, no matter how cautious you are, if u ever login by bot for 1s, u will get ban.

I dont think they ban ppl by judging the behavior.

They should be have a system to detect who really use bot before, and those who never.

May be someone can try register a new account, use to bot for 1minutes.

Leave it for few days see if being banned.

it could be that we got a set up from niantic with the new api , they made a version that could "work" but infact it was just flagging our accounts with each request made from the bots

or its as simple as they are scanning data from logs , you think they will leave us with the "unban" method spinning ? or they will would simply softban for tping from country to country in less than a sec after they perma banned instantly on the beta ? lol they got ways , all we can do now is play slow and try to figure out whats their method to make bots undetectable

I have been botting 10-15k exp per day for the past three days. No bens thus far. If I get a ben I will drop it down to 5-10k.

Well, I can definitely say that I got the ban hammer as soon as I took a gym over. I got banned like 3hrs after the fact. I hope this helps others.

pokestop normal but i can catch pokemons, other bot on same platform can. is this new ban? any solution? thanks

2nd account, lv 21, no bot die today I think they check for the one used to get banned.

Aside from the 1k pokemon, 2k pokestops and 400k exp cap soft ban/permaban, probably one cause of the "failed to get game data from the server" was due to multiple accounts ( switching ) on one phone like for example if you're checking account, going in for a gym battle etc. I think they got a limit per phone/ip log in. It's just only my theory since it happened to me when logging/switching in accounts on my phone, having more like 10 accounts switching, tho i got a random ban on my accounts like 2 accounts per day for the past 2 days base on my experience logging in all my accounts on one phone.

Whats if I bot 1 only account with human behavior and login with a new phone&ip , would it get ban?
