Why should I lie? I play unfair. On most of my Accounts
I have several botted accs (3 - 1 is banned).
My Main is banned but was the only legit acc.
Yes it seems "fair" to ban ppl like me. But what I want to say is: Niantic lost control. Totally

For your information:
1st Acc - Lvl 32, legit played (up to 30km walking distance per day) banned
2nd Acc - Lvl 24, bot only active
3rd Acc - Lvl 14, bot and self play active
4th Acc - Lvl 29, bot and self play banned

Bot another account and don't snipe only farm lets see what happens

i have 12 account bot. 10 of 12 are banned.. lv 33-35 all of my bot. and have many dragonite snorlax dll IV 100%..LOL... Only 2 id not yet banned lv 33 and 27. OH MY GOD...

I played fair on my main account only thing I used was pokeadvisor before it shut down for 2 days. Still got banned.

Well then the reason why yours got banned is you playing NAKED.

Don't try to avoid the discussion:
My theory is, Niantic lost control over the game, are desperate to get it back again and will continue to ban Accounts as soon as they think it's a non-legit one.
There is no such thing as logic and with their small dev team they have no capacity left to implement a serious support.
If I am right, this game is rip in less than 3 months...

In my opinion, Nintendo is making a huge mistake by tracking down all the bots in this game. It's lose-lose situation. What they can do is that mark all the accounts which are bots account and restrict functions like gym or trade from those accounts. This way, the legit users will feel much better because they can do more than those bots account and people who bots can still collect their favorite monsters from home so they should be happy too.. Most importantly, Nintendo will not lose a huge user base by doing that.

What you suggest does not make sense. They want paying users. They want you to buy pokecoins.

Botters don't pay a cent and has no value to niantic, and they also make paying users angry.

So the only solution for them is to ban all botters - there is simply no way around this.

Gents---Over the last week I've seen all my botted accounts go that is 6 accounts with varying, levels 23-32 and different bot usage with the lowest level using as close to human like bot settings.

I only have one level 6 account left...so yeah this is kinda boring now

Well - banning legit accounts (not talking about players) is going to cost them a lot of money.
I spent ~300 bucks on Pogo on my legit now "banned" account. 1/3 of this money is not yet spent and sill on my acc as coins.

I play armored ace (tank game) with free shop hack, they ban me in 10 minutes (1 round multiplayer match). But i keep using that hack every times, its disposable. Niantic is way too soft on us to make us wait days for ban. What you expect when using cheat/hack? You demand your account will last forever? Lol
