Ok i posted yesterday: All my accounts (on which i botted) are banned EXCEPT the one on which i botted 2 weeks ago and played normally since then. I have some bad news:

THIS NIGHT, THIS ACCOUNT -> BANNED. (Failed to get game shit **** data)

So, i lost my hope. Think all the accounts will get ****ed, if its not already done, it will be.

Aktually the automatic reply says ist already:

Assuming they are legit (big assumption imo) it would seem that Niantic are banning based on GPS then.

But tbh I don't believe most of those guys in that link. Some people will lie just to get undeserved pity.

Yes me. Necrobot use since 0.7.x and only whit in 6000 meters of my home no sniping

my level 24 account is in times square, mass transfer&evolve, snipe accross the world, moved above 300kmph, unrealistic timeframes. and i live in another continent (+12h). and guess what? its still alive. i stopped botting since the first day of this banwave.

So the Hammer got all my account, even my kids accounts that have not been botted on. Incl. My nerver botted man account, Had 4 botted accounts only local botted, living 20km outside a small city. Only botted in that city at low speed, no namechange, no sniping. Only my path where i walked when playing with my kids. The bot was on for max 2-4 hours every second day or so..

So, for me i got new experiences today.

My Main Account, Level 32 I think, gets the "Failed to ..." Message since last Friday noon. I botted this Account from Level 8 to 32. In the morning everything was fine, at noon i got the message...
Until today its still like that. Until today i even couldnt log out of the game on my Mobile because there was no "Log out" Button on the screen, just the Failed-Message and "Try again".
Yesterday i made a new Acc using PTC. I started immediately with "botting" this Account. I sniped 32 rare Pokemons like Dragonair, Snorlax and so on usind PokeSniper2.
Then sometime i got banned with "There are no Pokestops" . I stopped botting immediately. Few Minutes ago i started PoGo on my Mobile just to see if something has happened. This Time i saw a "Log out" Button AND the Failed-Message(first thing that has changed for me). So, i logged out from my Google-Account, and logged in with the new PTC Account - everything fine with this. All sniped Pokemons from yesterday are there.....Then i had to edit my Profile and give a Nickname, i have chosen my old Nick from Google-Account and it says "....not available!" So, my old Nickname seems to be still active. I Dont wnat to say this Account is NOT permabanned because of thie thing with the Nickname, but maybe(?) it could really be a ban just for a specific time, as i could read in some threads here. I Dont know, time will show..... Sorry for my bad english....
So.... I have now back the LogOut-Button AND i know that my old Nickname is still active. But i dont know what it means....

I did try it on a new account. Used necrobot (safe settings). Local IP and farming location not more that 15kms from my place. Botted with a lvl 1 account for five straight hours yesterday - was getting about 9k - 15k xp per hour. Today this bot got the failed message. Definitely bots are not safe right now irrespective of settings. Will start experimenting with poke go ++. Lets see. Btw did not snipe or mass evolve.. Heck the bot did not even even cross level 20.

Yes. The bot did not trip any soft ban (flee/stop etc) during that 5 yrs span. Read the whole log.

I think after Niantic threatened BOT devs and forced them to quit it, they probably gave devs some bucks and got the data the devs had like username and email and sh*t
