Yesterday I requested a refund with Google play for my banned account. You can look at my post history to see details and see that since I started posting, I have been trying to help people and post accurate information to the best of my ability.


Anyways, I received my full refund today. I decided to try to log into my account for hell of it. I was able to log in. I was one of the first to get banned with the cannot retrieve data message. I never received an email. My account was left as it is. Nothing touched. I was level 30. Even after the charge back, I am able to log in.

However, I was botting in Santa Monica, which I live a 25 minute drive from it anyways, but lack the time to play for hours everyday. I'm not sure if this had to do with anything.


Once again, I regained access to my account today.

well i know max cp of dragonite was 3500 at level 40 but apparently you can power up your pokemons till lvl 39 so far and stops from there for now, thats why there is no way you can can get a 3500 dragoninte right now since, the current max cp for dragonite was 3450CP lvl39

How I can play Pokemon Go with another account if I have already banned permanently? Rather I want to start an account from 0 from the same device and I can not, someone help me?

I was banned almost 6 days ago. I believe it was on 08/11/2016 around 11:00pm. Yes, I did send an appeal, but not a a banned appeal since at the time, we did not know what was going on. I sent an appeal for log in issues. I never got a banned email nor an email response from my ticket.

As for the refund, I talked a a real person from google support. I did not go through the automated system. I requested a callback from them and received a call within 5 minutes of submitting that request. As i mentioned, I live within 30 minutes from Santa Monica (my botting location) so I am unsure if this had anything to do with it. I never teleported continents or anything. I always stayed in Santa Monica.

It's also worthn noting I did not use any bots from this website, I was using Pokefarmer from the buddy forums. The last banwave from the datye posted above, got 4 accounts banned/flagged. As of right now, only my main account is back. Which was level 30. I will keep checking my other accounts, and repost here if anything happens.

maybe this was posted before...but i got 3 accounts (lvl 31-32) reseted to lvl 1. and i wasn't banned on this ones but today this happened

How would you like me to prove it? A picture of my account? That does not prove anything besides showing that I have a level 30 account. But i guess....

friend just got ban never boted. but he did play on blue stack and gps 1 mile form his house only. never onces got soft ban or any more far. what **** this ppl doing.
