Or maybe you have no idea what playing legit means. You broke the TOS by letting someone else use your account and therefore deserve a ban.

obviously this guy was freaking liar, well max cp of dragonite with perfect IV = 3450CP and all pokemons right now where only lvl 39 at maxed level

Woah! this is weird. Please let me know if this has happened to anyone else. Basically I am soft banned/keep spinning stops with no luck while running necrobot/dreambot. BUT when running Touringbot, pokestops are obtainable no softban.
Literary cycled between the bots - same ip - same login account. could this lead to some more knowledge regarding what a softban really is? Does it relate to device ID and not just IP?
Any info would be helpful, thanks.

Would be easy for you to check.
Open config.json (from TuringBot) and copy the DeviceID into the auth.json from NecroBot.
Afterwards just run Necro to test your theory.

everytime I get a soft ban I just close the bot wait 10 minutes then launch the bot again.

Just to let you guys know I've managed to get a full refund on all my apple purchases come to a total of 167.78 GBP all I did is went on iTunes on the PC then went to help and support Did a online chat with some one gave them my purchase codes she said give me 3 mins boom refund up yours Pokemon go

Just WOW !! I botted a fresh account to level 23 just 2 days ago I didn't ever chose a starter pokemon or even chose a name for that account just straight botting, and today at 11 am I signed in with this account for the first time ever, catched a starter pokemon and chose a name I didnt even chose a team or tapped on any gyms !! just logged in for the second time now and baaaam it's banned !! guys take my advise and stop botting trust me it's just a waste of time. whatever you do you will get banned !!!
