Anyways, my new ban hit me about 30 minutes ago, and I'm sure I can convince them to unban me again, but still... Niantic doesn't seem to have the situation under control at all...
Anyone else who appealed and got unbanned have a similar story to share? My account is lvl 33 and got several 100% IV Pokemon.
Not yet but how about giving us some ideas about what you wrote to get unbanned

The aswner of your question is here:
"Is My Pokemon Account Permanently Banned ?
Currently, There are thousands of peoples are permanently banned so to check whatever your account is permanently banned or not by following these steps.First of all, Install Pokemon Go in any other Phone or Tablet. Now while creating the new account in Pokemon Go, If your Username is available to create then that means that your account is not permanently banned."

"This Failed To Get Game Data From Server error is shown because your Pokemon Go account is banned. If this error message show then there are 90% of chances that your account is banned. But there are still 10% of chances that your Pokemon Go Account is not banned. There are two types of bans in Pokemon Go game. The first one is Hard Ban and second is Soft Ban.In Soft ban, Your account will banned for specific time depending on distance you traveled while spoofing. The Soft Ban in Pokemon Go is last from 30 Minutes to 12 Hours depending on your traveling. On Hard Ban, Your Pokemon Go Account will be permanently banned."

Hi, I appealed today, did you receive an email when they unbanned you or you tried to login every day to verify if they removed the ban from you?
Regards.

I think fake gps do that. I have 37 lvl acc with using bot ofc. yesterday there is no problem at all. Today I launch the game on bluestacks with fakegps as usual. Playing without any problem 2-3 hours then app stuck. then i am gonna relaunch the pogo and this error were on my screen. Think all about fake gps. cuz this happened on my friends accounts too exactly same way. So pogo is over for me. sorry for my terrible english.

Assume "data error "= ban, somewhere I read nearly 50 % trainers are botting. Niantic just wants to have a good figure in the financial report. Maybe that's why our" banned accounts" are still in their datebase, and your Pokemon will stay in the gym until someone kick it out.

If they say"to check whatever your account ". They don't need to be running a company that doesn't even make sense.

I'd stay away from requesting a ban appeal in my opinion, falling right into their hands.
Go make a new PTC and move on.

My thoughts exactly. We all knew the risk of botting. Appealing something niantic has neither confirmed thru and official communication just makes you look more guilty than you already are. Just ride it out. If your account makes it good. If it doesn't just make a new one and bot away.
