so this makes me assume that ALL THE PEOPLE in this thread mentioning that they are permabanned infact they dont know if they are indeed permabanned or not but they just see a message in their phones that could mean anything but ban

All of us in here have been getting a very specific message that has locked us out of our account for 1 to 4 days with not a single reliable source saying they got it lifted,and not a single clean player has reported it(some got their legit banned along with their botted).

It is a ban and that is a fact, people on godev even said that the game invokes function=3 that is only involved one other time for the terms and conditions page when you first play the game.

All these accounts are most likely dead depends when they decide to run the deletion script.

So,i was doing some research and i quite dont undersand it.
I was botting around 5 accounts on one IP address for almost 2 weeks.
Looks like only 3 of them got banned.My brothers one,is still working fine,he just log in our country and he is playing,spiining pokestops,catching pokemons and fighting in gyms.Mine 2 and friends account got Failed to get data from server.I was botting on those accounts,only sniping on my main account and im quite confused why all of the accounts didnt got banned.Meanwhile i started new account yesterday and its now on lvl 22.Got 9 pokemons only,i can spin pokestops,but all pokemons flew away,so i will might just wait a bit more and then keep trying.
What do you guys think,imt a bit lazy to check all 222 pages and see different suggestions of ppl or reading that someone got unbanned after getting Failed data blah blah.
Oh and by the way,some people with LENOVO phone had the Failed data issues aswell.They made new PTC account,they logged in,logged off and logged in again with google account and it was working.Someone who wasnt botting that much or !hacking" try it,you might be lucky one

How can I sign out the game on an Android phone so I can check my other account?

If a account can spin pokestops but can't catch pokemons it means it's in a soft ban and flagged and most probably will be banned soon. And we tried everything to regain access to our main accounts and nothing worked since they are locked server side.

I'm using PokemonGo-Bot and now bot show message loop " Login error, server busy. Waiting 10 seconds to try again." is it a banned ip ? And how long it become normal ?

Yes she has. as she does not own her own iPad she played on mine..

I'm almost sure that you will get your info at the next app update. They will most probably add the "you're banned message" to the app and redirect you to the TOS.

In next apk update sure it will say that you been banned. It's because niantic not yet implement that damn notice right now with this newest apk.

Interesting, so this may be device related.

Perhaps the real reason behind Unknwon6 is to change the request to include device, IMEI etc in order to link botting accounts to the same device and ban them all?

You're wrong. You're soft banned and most probably flagged for a full ban
