So, all i need to do is wait until this kind of softban is gone? how long approximately i need to wait? hours/days?
And other question, how much time botting to get this softban?

It's alright. Some people waited a little more than others... 10 hours, 12, 18... Or more. Idk about less than that though and I can't even tell you in what this depends because no one knows shit here for sure. But trust me, if you can login you're not as bad as half of us here.
People who are here waiting days had a data server failed shit... As for the soft ban which you can't catch pokemons because they flee or you can't spin pokespots took a lot less than 24 hours. From some people, not exactly sure if there's anyone here in that situation who waited more than 24h.

I have a hunch the criteria used to ban people may have been inventory not being updated while leveling.

This would fit to my case. I was botting as hell 300km/h in Tokyo, jumping to Central Park etc, not banned (upgraded both items and pokemons before start botting). Other acc not upgraded is banned. But it just may be a coincidence

1. reinstall the game so you will be able to log in again
2.create new acc in specs u had (ptc/gmail) log into game with fresh new acc, catch new starter( must be same u caught at your original acc) then submit THE SAME USERNAME U HAD ON YOUR MAIN ACC,u will get error the username is not available.!!! immediately close app!!
3.reinstall game once again, use your main acc login and password and boom u are ingame with your acc !!!

Nope. That only person who seems to had succeed at this was the person who posted it. Someone here tried and didn't happen shit.
So, of course you can go ahead and try it yourself but I wouldn't recommend because it seems to be that this is clearly fake.
I'm sorry if by any chance I'm offending the person who's trying to troll people here but that's just my opinion, that seems so fake... And I don't know why someone would post something like that, what's the fun in leading people in error? Anyway. Try it out then and see it for yourself, if you must.

Yep. Full of shit so yeah. I'm not trying this at all. Had the urge to do it because I'm getting a little desperate and I miss my pokemon haha but not enough to try something like this.

just created a new PTC account with the same IGN as the previous google account.
..............its ****ing available..
picked the same IGN..
lvld up to 5...
went to the gym..
my previous lvl30 bot still there with the same IGN.. </3

Hi guys. After the whole incident and still being banned, I started a new char. Going for level 28 as we speak without any error. Each time I run the bot, it's for a maximum 4 hours straight and I change the location a bit everytime I use it so the bot doesn't pick the same god damn pokestops... The rest you know. Humanized throw/speed/no snipe etc. I also downjusted the curve ball percentage which was set pretty high, 90? Really devs.. 90 as default? Thats it for me.

What bot, and can you tell me your config?

I know there's a lot to read but this thread is all about that problem... Before asking something that's the main subject here inspite the softban with pokemon flee and not working pokespots, read something... It could actually help a little.

No one knows for sure if it's a perm ban or not ok? We're all here waiting to see that for sure and waiting to hear something from Niantic officially.

On Ios, it's enough to go to Safari, log out of the current gmail, log into the new gmail account, then Pokemon Go will load into the new gmail, without having to chose from within PoGo app. However, the instructions simply didn't work for me and some others.

go ahead and see my other posts and you will find out that im not a hox troll rofl. Iphone platform, google emal, PTC account ingame lvl 29,8, almost completed pokedex,botted by 4 different bots, used pokesniper very often, also used hacked iphone app with joystick..
