I created a new account and used a new bot : I tried a humanlike-like config of 10km/h it was working fine for the whole day but I just got banned, cannot catch and cannot loot pokestops, I didn't try to log in IRL or via an emulator yet.

The bot seems fine, the settings are alright except the speed (10km/h) that is a bit high compared to humans but it's still not enough to ban I guess.

for me right now its 48 hours after i got the "failed to get game data from the server,"
and still no shit happens... **** u niantic. at least give us an email witht the message that we got banned.

They doesn' owe you shit, no explanation, no message, nothing. YOU violated THEIR terms of service of THEIR application. If they are certain that you botted (which you did) they just block your account, thats it. They can live you with this "cannot retrieve" blabla for the rest of your life, deal with it.

I have lost my main 40 account with most 100% IV's and couple others but i can't stand this bullshit that they owe you the explanation. Go to the court then

To be fair, if this is an attempt to ban bots, then Niantic would have a bot scrawling through every single account, looking at it and determining whether to ban or not. This would take ages and could explain, why some people have accounts, that should obviously deserve to get banned, but are still working for the time being. Maybe the bot just hasn't reached their account yet.

But it would not explain why people who haven't used bots, sniped or whatever sort still have been banned.
