because we are the ones that pay them more money than those not using bots.
Botted couple of days on my main account for about 8 hours a day. Got same stuff as you guys this morning.
~10h later everything is working fine. I can play on emulator & phone (catch pokemons and loot pokestops, no data errors or anything)
EDIT: Living in EU
this is correct in a certain way and that way being: some1 with high level and high cp pokemon captures a gym, legit players see it and want to cap it but cant cause not the right pokemon nor the level for it - so they want to get xp and whatever and buy stuff from the store.
happend to me aswell when i played legit the first couple of days during my holidays.
Here is what I have:
Level 35 Account Botted with (MyGoBot, NecroBot) Used human walking but sniped everything I could. Didn't bot on it yesterday and actually played the game. Woke up this morning and had the login error (temp ban whatever) Went on lunch at work 4 hours later and I can catch anything, hit pokestops, battle gyms, I have 4+ 3000+ CP Dragonites Maybe 10 Dragonites total, like 15 Snorlax... clearly a botted account yet im free.
Level 25 Account Botted with only NecroBot, ran botting last night, woke up to Necro throwing error codes and doing nothing, shut it down and started the bot with a new user. At work this account was "banned" too but by break time, everything worked normal.
Level 27 Account, the one I started botting with when I left for work. "Banned" and is still "Banned".
Conclusion... Nothing makes sense. All 3 accounts are botted accounts, all 3 accounts had different "ban" lengths. 2 Which restored to perfectly functioning. This is just data for yous to compare notes I guess.
The thing I dont understand is that they have a "Submit a Ban appeal" page. ( Submit a ban appeal – Pokemon GO)
That makes me believe that If and when a person is really ban that they will see a obvious message at Log on or get a email notification that they have been Ban, so that they know for a fact what was happened and can appeal the Ban if they chose.
With the huge age range of people who play this game, if they did not make it completely obvious about a account being Ban, every time anyone has technical troubles logging into the game, gets a software bug or the Login servers go down, they are going to be submitting Ban Appeal tickets and their support is going to be flooded with thousands of false ban tickets every week.
So since no one has actually seen a obvious message stating that they have been Ban, I still believe that this could be a technical problem on niantic's part. And as we have already seen in this forum, A ton of people are already submitting Ban Appeals even when they have no idea if they are really ban.
Secret Ban's on Niantic's part or technical problems they have yet to publicly address? Still to be determined....
If someone has a listing of all Niantic's server's IP addresses, we could try creating a host file and see if our profile loads by checking one host at a time.
Is anyone actually going to make a legit account and play clean if banned?
Because I'm for sure not going to. I played clean all the way to level 24 and still mostly clean after, but that was when I got totally fed up of hunting for several days in a row, walking easily over 25,000 steps per day not being able to find high IV pokemon but seeing people on YouTube, who don't even know what they are doing, hatching Perfect Chamanders and catching Perfect Dratini while I sit there with ~250k stardust saved up since day 1 and no high IV pokemon to invest it in. Before sniping, I even did something that I never do and that was pay. I bought incubators after hearing about egg pokemon having a higher chance of getting better IVs and I still got nothing but ****.
No way am I going through that again. I think the game will be near-enough dead in a few months anyway.
dont use any bots now u will get ban anyway lol
